Because sometimes you just need this sort of yummy, in your mouth, more than once.
1 3/4 cups flour
2 cups brown sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
1 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
2 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup boiling water
Mix dry ingredients.
Shake together eggs, milk, oil and vanilla.
Add this to the dry ingredients.
Lastly add boiling water.
Pour into a greased baking tin.
Bake for 30min at 180 C.
FUDGE TOPPING
1/2 cup melted butter
60ml cocoa
90ml Ideal Milk (or milk)
500g icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts (I'm not a fan, so I just leave em out)
Combine butter, cocoa and milk.
Bring to boil.
Add icing sugar, vanilla essence and (if you like) chopped nuts.
Cool.
Pour over hot cake.
Ta da!!! Pretend to be epic in the kitchen. Have with tea. Or champagne. Or secretly for breakfast the morning after.
